An IT company in the Rodopi montains invites a belgian guest speaker to inspire its people and at the same time the city of Kardzhieli.

Sunday, August 23th, Kardzhieli, Bulgaria.
A beautiful sunny weather embraces the Rodopi Montains.

Lots of people in Kardzhieli left the city to go to Belgium and earn money for their families who live in the montains.

But this time, Kardzhieli invited a Belgian speaker to come to them.

The managers of Netronix Kardzhieli indeed decided to held a training with Marc de Turck and Nevena Topalova - a lady from the Rodopi Montains- on self motivation and communication for their staff.

The training was held on a Sunday, showing the motivation of the Kardzheili company to make it go right. We wish NETRONIX and all the people of Karzdhieli success.

The Chelyabinsk Magic Sisters from Visotsky Consulting invite Marc de Turck as guest speaker on a anti-crisis training.

Chelyabinsk, Ural, Russia August 13 and 14 Hotel Meridian.

Midst the metallurgic industry, the 2 Magic sisters from the local Visotsky Consulting decided to invite Marc de Turck as guest speaker to bring energy and dynamism into the business community.

40 managers from different industries - but mostly from metallurgy - attend the 2 days seminar.
Some come from a bit further away - UFA and Nizny Novgrod.

All went back home with a clear, practical plan and with renewed energy.

Positive results are expected in the coming weeks.

Communicion is at a higher level than a verbal or mechanical level.

Sofia, Bulgaria, August 3th 2015. In the midst of the summer Marc de Turck held an evening lecture on communication in Hilton, Sofia, Bulgaria.

Over 40 managers attended the lecture.

While most companies emphasize communication techniques and strategies, Marc de Turck showed the importance of spiritual communication with understanding.

He introduced the Affinity,Reality and Communication triangle of L.Ron Hubbard as well as gave lots of examples of the communication formula for the same author.

While showing how communication techniques are not sufficient in today's business world, Marc gave examples and prove of the importance of the exchange of concepts (even without words).

From the seminar I learned a few techniques for finding out the emotions of my opponent. Directions for leading of conversation in a different environment (good or hostile). Specification of the characteristics of the anti-social personality was also useful. As a recommendation: to put little more stress on the conflict itself – techniques in its resolution in different situations – boss-subordinate; between colleagues and so on.
