50 Macedonian business people also find their path to freedom out of the economic rat-race in the continued tour of Mr Georges Aslanis.

Skopje, November 5th 2015. The local IDEAS FreeBoss office in the Republic of Macedonia, headed by Verica Mazevska with her partner Ivana Panovska continued the tour of Mr Georges Aslanis, President WISE Europe. which started in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Mr Aslanis stressed again the importance of balancing cope and organizing in order to find the path to freedom for a manager so that he can be more able to play the important game of finding a "blue ocean" out of the red ocean full of competitive sharks

30 Bulgarian business people start the path to freedom by countering 51 ways to make a manager crazy.

Bulgaria, Sofia, November 3th 2015, Suite Hotel.

On a sunny November day, 30 managers gather in Suites Hotel to listen to IDEAs FreeBoss's special guest speaker Mr George Aslanis, President of W.I.S.E. Europe. Mr Aslanis stressed the importance of balancing cope and organize, quoting Mr L.Ron Hubbard: "the end product of copy is drown. The end product of organize is freedom." He gave the attendees precise tools they can use and apply immediately to counter the most important problems they encounter in their daily lives.

Those tools include : hiring correct staff, hatting them, making sure they have no misunderstood words in their job, managing by statistics only, continuous creation and much more.

After the seminar 4 people showed interest to become wise members and to give power to the purpose of WISE, which is to create a more sane business world.

Different attendees acquired 15 books of Mr L. Ron Hubbard and wanted more data via in house seminars.

Bulgarian managers learn how not be become crazy from developped traffic.

Sofia, Hilton Hotel, Monday October 5th 2015.
Marc de Turck holds a lecture on 51 ways to turn a manager crazy and what to do about it.

The lecture is based on the references of Mr L.Ron Hubbard on developed traffic (traffic which should not occur in an efficient organisation and which is thus developed) and how this is the "delirium tremens" of any organization.

The lecture is an introduction on the special seminar which will take place on November 3th 2015 in Sofia, Suites Hotel. At the same time a special guest speaker is announced for November 3rh .
Mr Georges Aslanis, the President of WISE, The Hubbard Management System Consultants and Trainers Association for Europe.

Perfect: The seminar on conflict prevention and resolution was:

From the seminar I learned a few techniques for finding out the emotions of my opponent. Directions for leading of conversation in a different environment (good or hostile). Specification of the characteristics of the anti-social personality was also useful. As a recommendation: to put little more stress on the conflict itself – techniques in its resolution in different situations – boss-subordinate; between colleagues and so on.
