Dental managers in Bulgaria learn to use correctly the emotions with their colleagues and patients. A big success

Saturday April 9th 2016, Bulgaria, Stara Zagora, Hotel Merian Palace.

The Association of Dental Managers of Bulgaria organizes its yearly summit. The Association is built around all managers in the dental industry (suppliers, stomatologists etc).

Apart from the Bulgarian speakers of AIMS and EXPERT, this year Marc de Turck was invited as guest speaker to open the conference with a session on communication and emotions in dental practices.

In 1 1/2 hour Marc gave some tips to look through the mask of people, to bring people up and to not go down. The success was big.

Different Dental clinics asked Marc to deliver training in their clinics.

Perfect: The seminar on conflict prevention and resolution was:

- Delivered in an entertaining way;

From the seminar I learned a few techniques for finding out the emotions of my opponent. Directions for leading of conversation in a different environment (good or hostile). Specification of the characteristics of the anti-social personality was also useful. As a recommendation: to put little more stress on the conflict itself – techniques in its resolution in different situations – boss-subordinate; between colleagues and so on.

From the seminar we received useful and interesting information concerning basic principles for conflict resolution, how to define and recognize the emotions from the Tone scale and the characteristics of the social and anti-social personality.
